Our Cacao comes from Chigorodó, Antioquia, this region is commonly known as Urabá. It is located near the caribbean coast of Colombia and is also guarded by the Wester Andes mountain range and its recognized by its high diversity in culture and nature, ranking as one of the 34 most biodiverse places in the world. The crops receive soft tropical breezes and is nurtured by over 30 rivers coming from The Abibe  mountain range that provides fresh water for them. This combination of natural factors create the perfect opportunity for social and economic development through the production of Cacao with the most unique flavors and aromas in the world. All of these resources provide optimal conditions for the crops during 9 months a year, maintaining the floors fertile, filled with layers of organic soil and nutrient rich.

The production of Cacao has been an engine for the development in the region, representing social, economic and peace opportunities for its inhabitants. Most of ouf 230 caco farming families are indigenous communities and afro-descendants.
